As an ACCA qualified professional I bring over 20 years’ experience in finance, working across a broad range of industries. Throughout my career, I have held senior commercial roles, gaining hands on experience across all aspects of commercial finance. I have worked in PE backed businesses, delivering high growth, value creation and exit readiness, as well as helping leadership teams leverage data, technology and AI to improve operational and financial performance. I have helped turn underperforming contracts around by embedding strong processes, clear controls and consistent commercial routines. Across every role, my approach has been consistent. Understand the business, focus on what really drives performance and make a measurable difference. I take pride in finding what works for each organisation and delivering outcomes that leadership teams can rely on.
